Package Delivery: Customers who are hotel guests or reside in the downtown area can have their purchases delivered. Certain restrictions apply.

Package Storage: Customers with same-day receipts from Pacific Place merchants are offered complimentary package check during their visit to Pacific Place. This service is available during center hours of operation.

Stroller Check-Out: Customers are provided complimentary baby strollers during their visit to Pacific Place.

Taxi Telephone Service: Telephone service for taxi pickup is provided to help move guests to their next destination with ease.

Valet Parking: Customers with a minimum of $500 in same-day receipts at Pacific Place receive a complimentary valet parking voucher for their next visit.
