Concierge Desks
Need a little help from someone in the know? We offer a host of complimentary
services, including theatre and dinner reservations, gift suggestions, store information
and directories, and taxi and hotel shuttles, as well as a list of events and happenings
at Pacific Place and downtown Seattle. Our Concierge Desks are located on Level 1
by the Pine Street entrance and on Level 3 near the sky bridge to Nordstrom. You also
can call with your questions: 206.405.2655 or 877.883.2400.

Affordable Parking
At Pacific Place, we offer abundant and convenient 24-hour garage parking, both
self-parking and valet. In fact, it costs just $4 to park a full four hours any evening
after 5 p.m.

Gift Wrapping
Get ahead of all that wrapping! We’re hosting a benefit holiday gift wrap from
November 23 through December 24 at the Barnes & Noble entrance on the Concourse
Level. All proceeds benefit The Forgotten Children’s Fund and Les Clefs d’Or
Foundation; sponsored by the Seattle hospitality industry.
