  • Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant (Level 4).  Gordon Biersch produces only the finest authentic German-style lagers complemented by a distinctive menu of contemporary made-from-scratch American dishes that draw from regional and international flavors and influences.

  • Il Fornaio (Level 1).  Il Fornaio captures the traditions of Italy's trattorias with the sights, sounds and aromas of authentic Italian cuisine.  Voted Reader's Choice "Best Italian" in Seattle magazine, Il Fornaio offers regional Italian dishes, including the finest pastas, meats, fresh-baked breads, brick oven pizzas, fresh salads, house-made soups and hand-crafted desserts all made fresh daily. Il Fornaio features wine from small, regional wineries, showcased through wine dinners and tastings.  Il Fornaio offers several private function spaces:
 
    • Ristorante private dining room: Seats 10 to 30 guests.  This room offers a comfortable and intimate setting, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Sixth Avenue. A wall of Il Fornaio’s award-winning wines is showcased.
    • Ristorante semi-private dining: Seats up to 60 guests.  This semi-private dining option is located in the center of the dining room, surrounded by a lively bustle of activity. The lighting, fireplace and Fresco paintings create a true Italian ambiance.
    • Risotteria: Seats up to 90 guests.  This space is available after 3 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Located at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Olive Way, the Risotteria offers a casual dining experience and an entertaining exhibition kitchen.
    • Cafe: Accommodates up to 250 guests.  Located in the Pacific Place atrium, this area is available for cocktail-style receptions.  A monthly wine tasting is hosted here as well as other large-scale functions, including cast parties for the Paramount Theater, fundraisers and VIP events.
