Seattle is a world-class cocktail destination, and from April 19–26, we’re proving it. Seattle Cocktail Week is returning to take over the city’s best bars, hidden speakeasies, and neighborhood favorites with exclusive menus, pop-up events, and spirit-forward collaborations.

But this year, the heart of the celebration has a new home. Pacific Place is the official 2026 hub for Seattle Cocktail Week's marquee events. We’re transforming all four floors into a multi-level cocktail playground—bringing the industry’s elite and cocktail enthusiasts together like never before.

Speed Rack 

When: Sunday, April 19 | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

The Vibe: High-octane, high-stakes, and all for a cause.

What to Expect: Watch the baddest female bartenders in the PNW go head-to-head in a round-robin, timed cocktail competition. This all-femme speed-bartending powerhouse benefits breast cancer research and is the loudest, most energetic way to kick off the week. Come for the drinks, stay for the incredible display of skill.

Mix & Melody: The Ultimate Karaoke Cocktail Showdown

When: Tuesday, April 21 | 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Hosted by: The legendary Jane Don't (RuPaul’s Drag Race)
The Vibe: High-camp, high-stakes, and hilariously chaotic.

What to Expect: Forget everything you know about "polite" cocktail competitions. We’re putting Seattle’s top bartenders under the spotlight and asking them to do the impossible: belt out a show-stopping karaoke anthem while simultaneously shaking, stirring, and straining a round of drinks for our judges. Expect powerhouse vocals (and perhaps some strategic lip-syncing), flying shakers, and Jane Don't razor-sharp wit as she keeps the competitors—and the crowd—on their toes. It’s a multi-sensory spectacle where technical mixology meets pure stage presence. Whether they’re hitting the high notes or just trying not to spill the gin, this is the most entertaining night of the week. Come for the cocktails, stay for the high-drama performances!

Carnival of Cocktails

When: Saturday, April 25 | 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

The Vibe: The ultimate spirits playground.

What to Expect: This is the centerpiece of the week. We are taking over all four floors of Pacific Place for the PNW’s largest spirits tasting. Your ticket gets you 12 tasting tokens to explore hundreds of spirits—from local craft gems to global heavy-hitters. Expect live entertainment, interactive games, and surprise pop-ups around every corner.
